Bob Marshall, Director of SmarterLearning, was Headteacher of a mixed 11-18 comprehensive school for 15 years until becoming an independent consultant and trainer. He is an NPQH tutor with the London Leadership Centre, threshold assessor, and external adviser for headteacher performance review. He also works as a tutor for graduate trainees and PGCE students, and is an external assessor and advisor for GRTP and overseas trained teachers. He has been involved with the Leading from the Middle programme for middle leaders

SmarterLearning offers training courses in teaching and learning, and works with schools and LEAs on specific school development projects.
